Senior IT Engineer

You will meet with one of our Talent Partners. We will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if this is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

You will be invited to interview with our IT Director and VP, Information Security. We will assess your technical and role-related skills. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to a second technical interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will be meeting with our Lead Engineer and People Operations Manager. We will assess your approach to customer support, process and automation, independent project work, prioritisation, change management, and adaptability. Once the interview is complete, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move forward to the next step in our hiring process. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
