Senior IT Engineer

You will meet with one of our Talent Partners. We will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. You will be invited to interview with our Lead Engineer and VP, Security. We will assess your technical and role-related skills. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to a second technical interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will be asked to complete a take home assignment. Once you have submitted your solution, we will evaluate your submission and discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will be meeting with our Lead Engineer and People Operations Manager. We will assess your approach to customer support, process and automation, independent project work, prioritisation, change management, and adaptability. Once the interview is complete, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move forward to the next step in our hiring process. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
