Meeting with a Talent Partner
You will meet with one of our Talent Partners. We will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying to Gradle as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if Gradle is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

Role Screening Interview
You will meet with the hiring manager. We will assess the depth and breadth of your product management experience, your career progression, and the impact you have delivered. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Product Management Peer Interview
You will meet with one of our Product Managers. We will assess your core product management skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
60 minutes
Engineering Collaboration Interview
You will meet with two of our most Senior Team Leads. We will assess your technical knowledge, experience, and thinking. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Culture Interview
You will meet with a member of our team to discuss Gradle's values and ways of working. This is an opportunity for both sides to assess cultural alignment and explore what makes you thrive in a work environment. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Panel Interview
You will meet with a panel from across our Product and Engineering teams. You will be asked to prepare a presentations. You will have 20 minutes to present, followed by a 30-minute Q&A, and 10 minutes for your own questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Leadership Interview
Candidates who advance will meet with our CEO. This stage is designed to ensure alignment on role expectations and the broader product vision, while providing an opportunity to address any remaining questions from both sides.
30 minutes
