Head of Marketing (Demand Generation)

During this introductory meeting, we will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. You will be invited to an interview with the Hiring Manager. We will get to know you as a person and professional. We’ll explore your experience, motivation, and working style to understand if there’s a good match with the role and our culture. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will meet with two of our Senior Leaders. They will be interested in your marketing background and motivations. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. You will meet a panel of interviewers and be asked to prepare a presentation in advance. During the interview, you will present your findings and this will be followed by a Q&A. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. We will get back to you within 48 hours. 

You will meet with our COO. This will be an opportunity to cover off any remaining questions from both sides. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
