Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

You will meet with one of our Talent Partners. We will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if this is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

You will meet with two Senior Engineers. We will assess your technical knowledge, experience, and thinking. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the take home assignment. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will be asked to complete a take home assignment. The assignment can take 4 hours to complete, depending on the role you are interviewing for. More information will be shared with you after the technical screening interview.

We understand that you have other things going on in your life, so you can start the project on the date of your choice. We allow four full days from receiving the project instructions to submitting your solution.

Once you have submitted your solution, we will evaluate your submission and discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

If you successfully complete your take home assignment, you will be invited to a Technical Interview with two Lead Engineers. We will assess your technical skills and have questions related to how you approached your take home task. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to a second technical interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will be meeting with an Engineering Manager and a Lead Engineer. We will assess your technical knowledge, motivations and career history.  Once the interview is complete, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move forward to the next step in our hiring process. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
