Pre-Sales Engineer

During this introductory meeting, we will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if this is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

You will be invited to an interview with the Hiring Manager. We will get to know you as a person and professional. We’ll explore your experience, motivation, and working style to understand if there’s a good match with the role and our culture. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will meet a panel of interviewers. The total interview duration is two hours, divided into two segments. We will begin with a 75-minute panel session. For this portion, please prepare a 20-minute demo of any product of your choosing, which will be followed by a 10-minute Q&A and a 45-minute general discussion with the panel. Please note that your technical interviewer will join the last 15 minutes of this panel session to observe before transitioning with you into the final 45-minute technical interview. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. We will get back to you within 48 hours. 

You will meet with our Founder, Hans Dockter. He will be interested in your background, motivations and experience. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
